Henry Gallacher Limited holds one of the largest stocks of soft cut gasket materials in the UK, enabling us to manufacture seals to our customers exact specifications.
We pride ourselves in our ability to manufacture almost any soft cut gasket from any material at very short notice. In our sector of the business, we believe service to be of paramount importance. Emergency shutdowns tend to be very costly mainly due to the down time waiting for new gaskets to be delivered. We deliver locally same day, within the hour if required, and have a next day overnight service for regional or overseas despatch.
Most of our soft cut gaskets are cut to order as our cutting shop has the facilities to produce high volume units quickly and efficiently without losing quality. The workshop is furnished with small, medium, and large hydraulic presses in the manufacture of standard size gaskets. We hold a massive stock of all the standard size tooling, ASA 150 - 1500 lb, British Standard Table A - H, JIS, BS4565 and more in both Full Face and IBC. Special shaped gaskets can be catered for also, cutters can be manufactured very quickly to suit any special requirements. For larger ring gaskets we have four ring cutting machines that can cut upto 2 metres in Diametre, for anything larger it will be hand cut on the 5 metre sq benches.
