Known for its high strength, low friction, and excellent wear resistance, metal detectable UHMW also features minimal moisture absorption and strong chemical resistance. It is frequently fabricated into wear strips, scrapers, and machined parts for food industry applications. Suitable temperature range: -150°C to +80°C.
Metal detectable acetal offers robust mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, and excellent impact resistance. This rigid plastic is commonly shaped into funnels, guides, and scrapers for use in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Temperature range: -20°C to +90°C.
This high-performance plastic maintains exceptional mechanical strength and chemical resistance even at elevated temperatures. Metal detectable PEEK is ideal for pharmaceutical components exposed to repeated sterilisation processes such as CIP and SIP. Temperature range up to +250°C.
