Energy insulation materials play a vital role in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and plumbing systems across both domestic and industrial settings. Our selection is tailored to enhance energy conservation, prevent pipework damage in freezing conditions, and safeguard personnel from hot surfaces. We also supply insulation products widely used in construction, such as Rockwool®, ideal for insulating walls, floors, and lofts.
For pipework insulation, we offer a variety of pipe lagging options made from nitrile and polyethylene foam, designed to retain heat and minimise corrosion risks. Among these, Class O Armaflex® is highly regarded for meeting British and European fire safety standards and can reduce energy loss by up to 87% once fitted. Cost-effective alternatives like Tubolit also provide reliable insulation and help dampen noise from pipework.
When custom insulation solutions are needed, we supply pipe, valve, and tank insulation jackets.
For more information and availability, do get in touch with our technical sales team to discuss your requirements.
Crafted from closed-cell nitrile rubber foam, Armaflex® pipe insulation effectively lowers energy use and protects pipework against corrosion. Supplied in 2 metre lengths, it fits pipes ranging from 6mm to 89mm in diameter. Temp: -50°C to +105°C.
Produced from CFC-free nitrile rubber foam, Armaflex® sheet and roll offer low thermal conductivity and are commonly used for insulating rectangular air conditioning ductwork. Available in multiple sizes and thicknesses. Temp: -50°C to +105°C.
We supply custom insulation jackets for pipes and valves. They can be customised with hooks, drawstrings, or Velcro straps for easy fitting. Standard features include a ductwrap filler and a silicone-coated glass cloth outer layer to ensure pipes and valves are efficiently protected.
Designed for heating 1000-litre intermediate bulk containers. The jackets protect against frost and help maintain fluid temperatures. They also help reduce the viscosity of fats, oils, food products, and chemicals. Thermostats help to control the temperature.
Manufactured from polyethylene (PE) foam, Tubolit is an effective insulator for both commercial and domestic pipework. The insulating tube helps to minimise energy loss and provide protection. Available in a range of diameters. Temp: Up to +100°C.
Ductwrap is a glass-wool insulation blanket with an aluminium foil backing. It is typically used to insulate HVAC systems, ductwork or boiler tanks. It is classed as non-combustible and also helps to absorb noise. Temp: -50°C up to +250°C.
Rockwool® Pipe Insulation is ideal for use on air-conditioning and central-heating pipework systems. Made from non-combustible mineral fibres with an aluminium foil facing, it offers dependable thermal performance. Temp: Up to +250°C.
Provides excellent thermal insulation for use between walls, floors and loft spaces, improving overall energy efficiency. Slab insulation is manufactured to a Euroclass A1 fire rating in accordance with BS EN 13501-1. Temp: Up to +230°C.
