Glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) is a strong, lightweight, impact-resistant material that can be moulded or fabricated to suit your requirements. It is non-conductive, non-porous and can be manufactured in any RAL colour required. GRP is available in various grades, including chemical-resistant and flame-retardant, and is commonly used for a range of safety products. Moulds can be manufactured from drawings or existing samples.
Handrails, stair systems, ladders, stop log water barriers, kick plates, weir plates, electrical cabinets, tanks, vessels and grating.
The following are some examples of our GRP engineering. Please follow the links for more information.
This grating is designed for installation on drain covers, walkways, assembly lines and trench covers across industrial facilities. The grated design allows products and liquids to flow through the holes without waterlogging or flooding the surrounding area, making it ideal for wet environments and drainage applications. It operates reliably over a temperature range of -100°C to +180°C.

Providing an effective anti-slip solution for steps, walkways and platforms. Manufactured with a composite non-corrosive anti-slip surface, the sheeting offers excellent grip in wet and dry conditions whilst resisting chemical attack and weathering. The versatile material performs reliably across a wide temperature range from -100°C to +200°C, to prefore reliable across industry.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant glass-reinforced plastic with anti-slip grit bonded to the surface. These stair treads provide a long-lasting safety solution for industrial stairways, helping to prolong the service life of fatigued staircases whilst significantly improving traction and reducing slip hazards. Maintaining performance characteristics over a temperature range from -100°C to +200°C.
Manufactured by pultrusion using thermosetting resins reinforced with continuous glass fibres, these structural sections offer exceptional strength-to-weight ratios. Our comprehensive range of GRP pultruded sections is fully compliant with BS EN 13706, ensuring consistent quality and performance across all profiles.
