Food Quality Gaskets

Food Quality Gaskets

With over 40 years of experience manufacturing gaskets for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, we supply materials that conform to the latest European and American food approval regulations. Our gaskets are commonly specified to prevent product escape in processing and packaging applications.
Popular food-grade materials include nitrile, which offers excellent resistance to animal and vegetable oils; silicone, which provides outstanding resistance to high temperatures; and PTFE-based materials, which deliver excellent chemical resistance.
We also offer metal-detectable gaskets containing additives that are detectable by scanning equipment, helping reduce the risk of product contamination. Food-approved WRAS/WRc gaskets are also available and are commonly used by water authorities in potable water applications.
Our highly advanced CNC machinery enables us to convert stocked gasket materials and fulfil high-volume or single-unit orders. We can cut to your specific requirements, whether you need a standard flange gasket or a bespoke picture frame gasket.
If you are unsure how to measure the gasket you require, we have compiled a helpful guide to help you determine the correct size.
