Polyurethane Gaskets

Polyurethane Gaskets
Polyurethane gaskets provide outstanding abrasion resistance, excellent resilience to deformation under load, and good resistance to chemicals, oils, weathering, and ultraviolet light. The polymer is highly resistant to tearing and is often specified for flanges that are subject to vibration, contraction, and expansion (depending on the hardness). Our range of PU gaskets is available in a selection of colours, including black, blue, natural, red, and yellow, and can be manufactured with shore hardnesses ranging from 35 to 90 (°A), from soft and flexible to plastic-like rigidity.
Our advanced CNC profile-cutting machinery enables us to manufacture gaskets in almost any size you require. We convert polyurethane sheets into standard flanges, picture frames, and dovetail gaskets and can fulfil both low- and high-volume requirements. For guidance on accurate gasket measurement, please refer to our 'How to Measure a Gasket' guide.

Applications

Commonly used in applications that require an abrasion resistant gasket that offers high resilience to deformation under load.
