Aramid fibre, widely recognised in the industry as 'Kevlar®', is a synthetic para-aramid fibre known for its outstanding tensile strength, durability, and resistance to heat. Offered in woven plain cloth or silicone-coated variants, these aramid fibre materials inherently provide excellent strength, abrasion resistance, and thermal stability. They are frequently integrated into other products to enhance these performance characteristics.
Henry Gallacher has access to skilled stitching capabilities, enabling us to supply finished aramid cloth items such as connectors and bellows. These are typically stitched using high-temperature, high-strength aramid fibre thread to ensure compatibility with the base material. We also supply cut pieces, linear metres, and full rolls for customers who prefer to manufacture their own components.

This product merges the robust strength and durability of aramid fibre cloth with the heat resistance and non-stick qualities of silicone rubber. Temp: Up to +220°C.
