Idler Components

Idler components are precision moulded from robust rubber compounds, designed specifically to fit onto idler rollers within conveyor systems. They offer outstanding resistance to abrasion and are typically supplied in a 73° shore A SBR/NR blend rubber. Alternative options include white food-grade, oil and grease resistant, or high-temperature resistant compounds upon request. Idler Support Rings - Type A

Type A idler support rings are fitted to the return rollers to minimise dirt accumulation on the idlers. They also contribute to maintaining smooth belt operation on the return run.

Type C idler impact rings are designed for use in conveyor impact zones or loading areas. They absorb the energy from material drops, safeguarding the belt from damage.

Idler Cleaning Rings
