Type A idler support rings are fitted to the return rollers to minimise dirt accumulation on the idlers. They also contribute to maintaining smooth belt operation on the return run.
*Dimension C corresponds to the outside diameter of the idler roller the ring fits onto. The internal diameter of the idler component is typically around 5% smaller to ensure a secure fit.
Type B idler support rings are designed for installation on return rollers. Similar to Type A, they prevent dirt build-up on the idlers, helping to maintain conveyor efficiency.
Type C idler impact rings are designed for use in conveyor impact zones or loading areas. They absorb the energy from material drops, safeguarding the belt from damage.
Large diameter idler discs are designed to extend the distance between the idler centre and the conveyor belt, offering enhanced support where needed.
*Dimension C corresponds to the outside diameter of the idler roller the disc fits onto. The internal diameter of the disc will be approximately 5% smaller to ensure a snug fit.
Idler cleaning rings are spiral-shaped rings that attach to conveyor rollers to remove debris. As the roller rotates, the cleaning ring moves dirt from the belt centre towards the edges, helping to keep the conveyor clean.
