Nylon 6 Sheet - MoS2 Filled Extruded delivers enhanced load capacity and superior wear resistance while retaining the impact and fatigue durability typical of standard nylon variants. This grade is self-lubricating, electrically insulating, and exhibits excellent fatigue endurance.  Compared to MoS2 MoS2-filled cast Nylon 6, the extruded version is available in thinner sheets and has a slightly lower temperature tolerance. Typical Uses

Ideal for components such as gears, rope pulleys, rollers, wheels, bearings, bushes, spindle nuts, impact and damping plates, friction bearings and strips, and conveyor screws.
