B12 phenolic cotton laminate (often referred to as F2 laminate due to the old British Standard) is a medium weave, general-purpose fabric laminate. Manufactured from cotton fabric and phenolic resins, B12 is designed for general-purpose, less intricate mechanical applications. Key attributes include high strength, toughness, good wear resistance, and moderate electrical insulation at low voltages.
B12 has a higher operating temperature than comparable plastic materials, such as nylon, and a lighter weight than metal alternatives, such as steel and aluminium. As a thermoset material, finished components are manufactured using techniques similar to those for plastic machining, including CNC milling, turning, sawing, and drilling. Please see our

Pulleys and sheaves, coarse tooth gears, bolts and screws, rollers, bushes and spacers, welding jigs, scraper blades, wear components, insulating components, low voltage insulation and more.
