Ceramic Fibre Blankets

Ceramic fibre blankets are crafted from long, flexible fibres interwoven using advanced 'blown' and 'spun' needling methods. This results in a durable yet lightweight insulation blanket, suitable for high-temperature applications up to +1260°C or +1425°C. These blankets provide an efficient thermal management solution across various industries. We supply two standard unbranded grades, HPS 1260 and HTZ 1400, detailed in the table below.

Typical Uses

Widely used in sectors such as steel manufacturing, ceramics, petrochemicals, and power generation. The blankets serve as heat shields, seals, gaskets, pipe and duct insulation, kiln and furnace linings, steam turbine insulation, investment casting mould wraps, exhaust linings, and fire protection systems.
