Henry Gallacher offers polyurethane roller and wheel coating solutions. Known for its exceptional abrasion resistance and versatility, polyurethane is available in a range of shore hardnesses, making it ideal for applications demanding a tougher alternative to rubber. We can facilitate the stripping and recoating of your existing polyurethane rollers. Additionally, we manufacture new rollers, including metal cores, tailored precisely to your specifications from drawings or samples. Repairs to journal ends and bearings are also available upon request.
Suitable for drive rollers, guide wheels, transfer rollers, and any application where enhanced abrasion resistance is essential.
