Polyurethane roller sleeves offer a practical solution for onsite roller refurbishment when spare parts are unavailable, helping to minimise downtime. Known for their toughness and longevity, these sleeves are widely applied to conveyor rollers across various sectors. Our white sleeves carry food-grade approval, making them well-suited for food and pharmaceutical environments. Installation involves using an air line and blow gun to create an air cushion beneath the sleeve, enabling smooth fitting onto the roller shaft.
