Silicone Extrusions

Silicone extrusions are available in a wide range of profiles to suit your specific needs. We can supply most profiles based on your samples or technical drawings. Silicone extrusions are ideal for applications requiring high-temperature resistance, including door seals, gaskets, dispensers, and oven seals.

Suitable for high-temperature sealing, door seals, gaskets, heat sealing profiles, oven door seals, and food-grade sealing solutions.

Our general-purpose grade is supplied as standard in 60° Shore hardness.

Self-adhesive backing is available on selected profiles. When enquiring, please confirm your specific requirements and the surface on which the adhesive will be applied.

Anti-friction treatment is available for low durometer, general-purpose, high-strength, high-temperature, and platinum-cured grades. This treatment creates a smoother surface, helping to reduce stickiness and dirt build-up. FDA-compliant grades remain compliant after the treatment has been applied.

Our metal-detectable silicone rubber strip has been tested to meet the FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 global migration standards through extraction in n-hexane and deionised water.
