KLINGER Quantum

KLINGER Quantum

KLINGER Quantum is a PTFE-based, FDA-approved material offering excellent resistance to oils, petroleum, alcohols, and weak acids. Primarily used for sealing applications in food processing lines, it is also suitable for regular contact with steam. Quantum outperforms all other compressed fibre gasket materials at elevated temperatures and is uniquely bound with hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR).

We have the machining capabilities to covert KLINGER Quantum into bespoke picture frame or standard flange gaskets. For information on how to accurately measure your gasket, please view our guide on our 'How to Measure a Gasket' page.
