Silicone Rubber Gaskets - Metal Detectable

Silicone (Metal Detectable) Gaskets
Metal detectable silicone rubber gaskets are precision-cut from a synthetic elastomer containing specialised additives that are visible to metal detection equipment, significantly reducing the risk of product contamination. The material meets EC and FDA regulatory requirements for repeated food contact, making it the preferred choice for food processing and pharmaceutical environments.
These metal-detectable silicone gaskets deliver excellent resistance to temperature extremes, ozone, oxidation, and weathering, whilst providing superior electrical insulation and release properties. The elastomer maintains flexibility even at low temperatures and exhibits minimal compression set.
Our product range also includes standard silicone rubber gaskets available in various colours, all conforming to EC, FDA and WRAS regulations. Our advanced CNC manufacturing capabilities enable us to fulfil projects ranging from small-batch orders to large-scale production. For guidance on accurate gasket measurement, please refer to our step-by-step 'How to Measure a Gasket' guide.
