Polyurethane sheet, rod and tube offer exceptional abrasion resistance and can be custom cast in numerous sizes, shore hardnesses and colours. Henry Gallacher utilises advanced in-house CNC machining to provide precision-cut polyurethane components. Standard sizes are listed below, with additional options available upon request.
Polyurethane sheet is widely used across industrial sectors for linings, scrapers, gaskets, and precision-machined parts. Available in various sizes, shore hardnesses, and colours, please specify any particular colour requirements when making an enquiry.
Note: Shore hardness tolerance is ±5°A. Harder shore hardnesses on the °D scale can be supplied on request. Thickness tolerance is ±1mm.
Due to casting methods, one surface of polyurethane sheet may be smoother than the other. These are not designated as 'top' or 'bottom' for machining. Please specify if a particular surface finish is required.
Polyurethane rod is ideal for industrial uses such as specialist seals, spacers, and machined components. Standard sizes and hardnesses are available, with custom colours supplied upon request.
