Making use of our advanced CNC profile-cutting machinery, Henry Gallacher can manufacture high-quality, precision-cut profiles from a wide range of materials held in stock, including plastic sheeting, rubber sheeting, sponge sheeting, and insulation materials. Parts can be manufactured directly from CAD files or technical drawings. We also have a digitising facility, which allows us to plot around your samples or templates.
Our profile cutting machines feature interchangeable tools, enabling us to precision-cut a range of materials in various sheet sizes and thicknesses. We are also able to route materials to apply a recess, rebate, or groove to profiles as part of the cutting process.
