Polyethylene foam sheet, often known as zote foam, is offered in an extensive range of colours and densities, with cross-linking as a standard feature. This foam exhibits strong resistance to weather and oils, and certain variants can be machined or routed. We also supply branded Plastazote® and Evazote® foams as premium alternatives, including options that meet FDA food contact standards (details below).

Applications

Ideal for seals, gaskets, protective packing, point of sale displays, packaging, impact and edge protection, sports gear, gym mats, expansion strips, and gap filling.

Genuine Zote Foam (LD Plastazote®)

Genuine Zote Foams are premium-grade foams offering distinctive properties depending on the specific type. We supply branded Plastazote® and Evazote® foams in various densities and colours, widely used across multiple industries.

Plastazote® is a lightweight, closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam free from chemical additives, making it suitable for sectors such as automotive, construction, marine, healthcare, packaging, and sports and leisure.

Evazote® is a closed-cell, cross-linked ethylene copolymer foam known for its enhanced durability and resilience compared to Plastazote®. Typical uses include vibration mounts, industrial gaskets, boat fenders, and protective sports padding like knee pads.
