Nylon 6 Rod - MoS2 Filled Cast

Nylon 6 rod - MoS2 filled cast combines superior load capacity and wear resistance with the impact and fatigue durability typical of standard nylon. This cast grade also withstands higher temperatures than its extruded counterpart, making it ideal for demanding applications.

Applications

Ideal for manufacturing gears, sheaves, sprockets, and other components subject to wear.

Operates effectively between -40°C and +110°C.
Enhanced load bearing and wear resistance compared to standard Nylon grades.
Improved mechanical strength, hardness, and toughness.
Self-lubricating and electrically insulating properties.
