This advanced plastic maintains exceptional mechanical strength and chemical resistance even at elevated temperatures. PEEK resists hydrolysis, energy radiation, and provides electrical insulation. Commonly used in challenging roles such as friction bearings and piston components. Suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +260°C.
This grade combines PEEK’s mechanical and chemical resilience with metal detectability, making it ideal for pharmaceutical applications requiring frequent sterilisation processes like CIP and SIP. It performs reliably up to +230°C.
Retaining the core advantages of standard PEEK, this carbon-filled variant enhances abrasion resistance and wear performance. The carbon fibre additive also imparts flame retardancy and electrical conductivity. Suitable for temperatures ranging from -60°C to +250°C.
