PEEK Sheet

PEEK sheet (polyether ether ketone) is a highly durable, wear-resistant plastic known for its outstanding resistance to elevated temperatures and radiation. This material maintains excellent dimensional stability and boasts significant mechanical strength. PEEK sheet also provides superior chemical resistance and withstands hydrolysis, including exposure to super-heated steam.

It features electrical insulation and smooth sliding. Additionally, it is straightforward to machine and holds FDA approval for food contact applications (refer to the Technical Data Sheet for details).

Applications

Common uses include gears, wear strips, bushes, metering pumps, light mountings, friction bearings, ball valve seals, pump housings, wafer supports, plug parts, and impact plates.
