Polycarbonate Sheet

Polycarbonate Sheet

Polycarbonate sheet (PC) is a resilient thermoplastic known for its outstanding impact resistance and dimensional stability. It performs reliably across a wide temperature range, resists shattering, and offers excellent clarity depending on the grade selected.

Henry Gallacher supplies a variety of polycarbonate brands, each with unique features. Our most commonly stocked grade is Impex®, renowned for its ability to endure repeated impacts and rated over 200 times stronger than glass. Impex® features UV protection on both sides (except for 1mm and 1.5mm thicknesses) and is suitable for applications such as windows and skylights. It holds a B-s1, d0 fire rating to EN 13501-1 (from 1.5mm to 6mm) and boasts the highest operating temperature among the polycarbonates we offer.

Polycarbonate sheets can be machined, formed, welded, and bonded, making them ideal for fabricating machine guards, protective screens, or custom CNC-cut profiles. Henry Gallacher provides a plastic fabrication service, delivering bespoke parts crafted to your precise drawings or samples.

We are a trusted supplier of polycarbonate sheet and also stock polycarbonate rod and tube. For detailed information on each grade, please explore the links below or contact us directly for enquiries.
