Polycarbonate Sheet (Impex®)

Impex® Polycarbonate Sheet

Polycarbonate sheet (PC) is a tough thermoplastic known for its exceptional impact resistance, dimensional accuracy, and clear transparency. It features strong electrical insulation and resists alcohols, oils, greases, and diluted acids and alkalis effectively. Our primary offering is the Impex® grade, produced to DIN EN ISO 11963 standards and tested against recognised international building and fire safety criteria.

Impex® polycarbonate allows up to 86% light transmission and includes UV protection layers on both surfaces (except in 1mm and 1.5mm thicknesses). This makes it suitable for interior and exterior uses such as skylights, protective screens, windows, and partition walls across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. It holds a B-s1-d0 fire rating per DIN EN 13501-1 and is approved for construction applications in thicknesses from 1.5mm to 6mm. We also supply alternative grades, including Paltuf and Palsun.

Common applications include machine guards, transfer chutes, and containment units. We provide a full plastic fabrication service, with in-house capabilities to form, fold, weld, or bond polycarbonate to your specifications. For custom fabrication or cut-to-size requests, please reach out to our technical sales team with your dimensional drawings.
