Pipe and valve insulation jackets from Henry Gallacher are expertly crafted to enhance thermal efficiency across pipework and valves. These jackets also serve to shield personnel from heat exposure by lowering surface temperatures and provide effective insulation against cold conditions.
Our standard pipe and valve insulation jackets feature a durable grey silicone coated glass cloth exterior with a Ductwrap insulation core. For applications demanding higher temperature resistance, we offer jackets made with graphite coated glass cloth and a 25mm ceramic fibre filler. Custom fabric and filling options are available to meet specific industry requirements and operational needs.
We provide a variety of standard designs tailored to fit common pipe sizes, flanges, and valve types. Fastening options such as hooks, drawstrings, and Velcro are available to facilitate quick installation and removal.
