Anti-static needle felt is a strong, abrasion-resistant material widely used in industrial dust filtration. It offers excellent chemical resistance to common acids, solvents, and oxidising agents, making it ideal for demanding filtration environments.
Our anti-static polyester needle felt features conductive yarns woven into the scrim to safely dissipate static electricity. It is particularly suitable for applications where fine dusts such as ground plastics, sugar, or flour can generate static charges.
The material can be easily maintained by washing or rinsing with a mild detergent, extending its service life. Filter sleeves and filter socks can also be custom-made to meet specific dust filtration requirements.
