Cork sheeting combines cork granules with rubber binders to create a material that outperforms traditional unbonded cork. This blend enhances flexibility, durability, and resistance to oils and fuels, making it a reliable choice for a variety of sealing applications. Its adaptability allows for precision cutting into bespoke shapes, widely used in automotive and moderate pressure sealing environments.
SBR/Nitrile bonded cork sheeting is a core product in our range, expertly crafted from cork granules bound with SBR and nitrile rubber. This combination delivers enhanced flexibility, strength, and excellent resistance to oils and fuels, suitable for a wide array of industrial uses. The granules measure 2-3 mm, ensuring a durable and resilient sheet.
We supply this cork sheeting by the linear metre and can accommodate custom cutting requirements. For additional cork grades with alternative rubber binders, please refer to the detailed descriptions below or contact us directly for tailored advice.
Ideal for gaskets, washers, anti-vibration components, crocodile strips, pipe insulation, and roller coverings.
