This grade offers superior dimensional stability and enhanced resistance to wear and impact compared to acetal homopolymer. It also withstands hydrolysis and strong alkalis effectively. Being non-toxic, it is widely used in food contact applications. Suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to +90°C.
Recognised for its distinctive blue colour, this grade is favoured in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It shares performance traits with black and natural copolymer grades and is commonly machined into parts for food processing equipment. Operates effectively between -50°C and +100°C.

Delrin® homopolymer delivers higher tensile strength, hardness, rigidity, and resistance to creep and elevated temperatures than copolymer grades. Available in black or natural, it holds FDA approval and is frequently machined into components like gears and friction bearings. Suitable for use up to +110°C.
Incorporating fine additives detectable by most metal scanning devices, this grade is designed to reduce plastic contamination risks in food and pharmaceutical environments. It maintains similar properties to black and natural copolymer acetal. Suitable for temperatures from -30°C to +105°C.
