Polycarbonate tube is widely utilised for safe product transfer and leak protection in pipework systems. It boasts excellent impact resistance, strong electrical insulation, and durability against most inorganic chemicals, oils, and dilute acids and alkalis. Additionally, polycarbonate tube is suitable for machining, welding, and bonding processes.
Common uses include sight glass covers, display tubes, fluid and powder transfer, as well as level indicators.
Please be aware that due to manufacturing processes, the polycarbonate tube may not always be supplied completely scratch-free. If a scratch-free finish is essential, please specify this when making an enquiry.
Also available: Polycarbonate Sheet and Polycarbonate Rod.
Please note: Custom sizes and lengths can be produced on request, subject to minimum order quantities.
We also provide a plastic fabrication service, allowing us to form, weld, and bond polycarbonate tube tailored to your specifications. Rubber cuffs can be fitted to each end if required.
