Polyethylene PE1000 sheet - UHMW ceramic filled, often known as Ceram P, is a highly durable material designed to outperform standard UHMW in wear resistance. Its robust nature makes it ideal for demanding environments involving heavy loads, high speeds, and abrasive conditions. Additionally, it features low moisture uptake, corrosion resistance, shatter resistance, and self-lubricating properties. Please note, Ceram P is not intended for food contact applications.
Ideal for applications requiring resistance to severe sliding abrasion, high load, and high speed. It serves as a practical alternative to sintered ceramics and is commonly used for chain guides and wear strips in challenging operational settings.
