UHMW Parcel Slide is engineered to facilitate smooth movement of parcels and boxes on conveyors and chutes, tailored specifically for the distribution sector. Enhanced with specialised dry additives, this material delivers a higher coefficient of friction and improved anti-static performance. When fitted to existing chutes and slides, it enables packages to glide effortlessly in gravity-fed systems, maintaining smooth flow even with plastic-wrapped items (shrink-wrap).

Maintaining the core benefits of standard polyethylene PE1000, Parcel Slide provides outstanding resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and wear. It is self-lubricating and impervious to moisture absorption. Offered in various standard sheet dimensions and thicknesses, it can also be precision machined into diverse plastic components using our in-house CNC machining capabilities.

Applications

Ideal for chute and conveyor linings within distribution centres and parcel handling environments. UHMW Parcel Slide can be crafted into chain guides, wear strips, guide rails, transfer plates, slides, as well as chute and hopper liners.
