Aluminium Coated Glass Cloth

Aluminium coated glass cloth consists of a polyester film sprayed with aluminium and laminated to one side of the fabric. Its properties make it suitable for heat shields, sleeves, connectors, chutes, compensators, bellows, and custom insulation jackets.

Aluminium-coated glass cloth is available cut to size, by the roll, or manufactured to your specifications.

Key Features

Temperature: Up to +150°C (This is the temperature at which the adhesive will begin to thermally degrade. This may lead to the foil delaminating from the cloth. The base fabric will withstand +550°C unstressed).
Good heat reflective properties.
Good resistance to solvents and corrosive liquids.
