Viton® Coated Glass Cloth
Viton® coated glass cloth is a glass fibre-based fabric coated on both sides with high-performance Viton® rubber. This coating offers superior heat resistance relative to other compounds and provides resistance to chlorinated hydrocarbons, fuels, oils, solvents, and most acids. However, Viton® is not suitable for handling ketones such as acetone or organic acids. As with other glass cloths, it is commonly manufactured into custom connectors, sleeves, compensators, and bellows.
Viton® coated glass cloth is available in custom sizes, by the roll, or manufactured to meet specific requirements.

Key Features

  • Temperature: Up to +250°C.
  • Excellent resistance to most oils and solvents.
  • Good resistance to alkalis, dilute acids and concentrated acids.
