B4 Phenolic Paper Laminate

B4 Phenolic Paper Laminate

B4 phenolic paper laminate is a cost-effective SRBP material designed as a low-voltage option. While it offers superior mechanical strength and impact resistance, it is ideal for machined parts where medium- to high-voltage insulation is not essential.

Manufacturing precision components from B4 is straightforward using conventional machining techniques, such as CNC milling, sawing, drilling, turning, and routing, which ensure tight tolerances and the production of complex, accurate parts.

B4 complies with BS EN 60893 Standard: 3-4-PFCP201.

Applications

B4 is a commercial laminate suited for low-temperature, low-voltage environments. Common uses include welding jigs and fixtures, terminal boards, tag strips, coil formers, and pipeline insulation.
