Rubber sleeves are available either seamless or joined, crafted from a variety of rubber compounds. Our seamless sleeves are mandrel wrapped and can feature cloth wrapped, smooth, or ground finishes. For enhanced tensile strength, cotton or nylon reinforcement can be incorporated. Joined or vulcanised sleeves are produced using any of the rubber sheeting types listed in our sealing and jointing range. These sleeves are typically butt jointed and may include an external overlap strip for added reinforcement.
Ideal for applications such as product transfer, sorting, conveying, dispensing, and screening.
Butt joined sleeves: Almost any diameter.
Mandrel built seamless sleeves: Up to 2200mm in 3m lengths and under / Up to 280mm in 6m lengths and under.
Butt joined sleeves: Almost any length.
Mandrel built seamless sleeves: Up to 3m in 2200mm diameter and under / Up to 6m in 280mm diameter and under.
