Our smooth bore silicone compensator is a flexible solution tailored for the food and pharmaceutical sectors. Crafted from platinum-cured silicone reinforced with polyester, it meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BgW part XV, and USP class VI standards. This compensator features three stainless steel rings to prevent volumetric expansion and includes moulded clamp seals at both ends. The counter-flanges are constructed from INOX 304 stainless steel for durability.
Perfectly suited for tank, hopper, pump, and weighing outlet connections, this compensator effectively absorbs vibrations and accommodates level variations. It is also designed to withstand autoclaving and sterilisation processes.
