Insertion Rubber Sheeting (Fabric Reinforced)

Insertion rubber sheeting is made from a durable blend of natural rubber and SBR, with a single ply polyester fabric reinforcement. This fabric layer improves strength, limits stretching, and offers better tear resistance than standard commercial rubber grades.

Ideal for general-purpose applications, insertion rubber can be supplied by the roll, manufactured into sleeves, or CNC cut into gaskets to meet your exact requirements.

Key Features

Temperature: -20°C up to +70°C.
Shore Hardness: 70° ± 5°.
Good abrasion resistance.
General-purpose rubber sheeting.
Increased tensile strength over commercial rubber, due to fabric reinforcement.

This material is fully CE, PAH, RoHS and REACH compliant.
