Insertion Rubber Gaskets

Insertion Rubber Gaskets

Manufactured from a carefully formulated blend of natural rubber and styrene-butadiene, reinforced with a single ply fabric layer for enhanced structural integrity. Insertion rubber gaskets deliver improved dimensional stability and tear resistance compared to unreinforced alternatives, making them suitable for general-purpose sealing applications across industrial equipment. The fabric reinforcement prevents excessive deformation under compression whilst maintaining the flexibility required for effective sealing. These gaskets can be used confidently with water and mild chemical solutions, but should not come into contact with fuels, oils, or greases, providing reliable performance in pipework systems, pump housings, and general machinery applications. he balanced composition offers good mechanical properties whilst remaining economical for standard industrial use.

Utilising in-house CNC machinery, we have the capability to manufacture any standard flange, picture frame or bespoke gasket and can fulfil single unit or high volume requirements .
