Nitrile Rubber Sheeting - BS2751

Nitrile Rubber Sheeting - 40° BS2751

Nitrile rubber sheeting - BS2751 is a high-spec synthetic material offering improved tensile strength, elongation at break and temperature resistance compared to standard nitrile grades. It meets British Standard 2751 and is available in a range of Shore hardnesses.

This versatile sheet provides excellent resistance to petroleum-based fluids, oils, solvents, and greases. It is supplied in standard lengths, widths, and thicknesses.

Sheets can be supplied by the roll or CNC-cut into gaskets or bespoke shapes to suit your application.

Nitrile rubber is also known as Buna-N, Perbunan, or NBR rubber.

Key Features

  • Temperature: -30°C up to +110°C.
  • Shore Hardness: 40°, 50°, 60°, 70° and 80°.
  • Improved performance over standard nitrile rubber grades.
  • Popular in sealing applications that involve petroleum.
  • Good resistance to oils and solvents.
  • Commonly used in automotive applications.

Standards

  • Conforms to BS 2751 for general-purpose acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber compounds.
  • Fully CE, PAH, RoHS and REACH compliant.

Availability

For product codes, please replace 'XX' with the required shore hardness. (e.g. 40° would be NITBS-40-1.4M-1).
