GYLON® Blue Style 3504

GYLON® Blue Style 3504 is a premium PTFE gasket material enhanced with aluminosilicate microspheres, engineered to outperform standard PTFE. This material effectively reduces product loss and emissions while addressing cold flow issues commonly associated with expanded PTFE. It also delivers excellent bolt torque retention and chemical resistance across a broad spectrum of substances. Fully compliant with FDA standards, GYLON® Blue Style 3504 can be precision-cut to your specifications.

Applications

Ideal for use with glass-lined, enamelled, or plastic flanges across chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and electronics industries. It is compatible with various media, including moderate acid concentrations, hydrocarbons, solvents, water, refrigerants, cryogenics, and certain caustic substances.
