GYLON® Off-white Style 3510 is a premium PTFE gasket material enhanced with a barium sulfate filler to deliver superior performance compared to standard PTFE. This material effectively reduces product loss and emissions while addressing cold flow issues commonly associated with expanded PTFE. It also provides excellent bolt torque retention and maintains chemical resistance across a broad spectrum of substances. Fully compliant with FDA regulations, GYLON® Off-white Style 3510 can be precision-cut to your specifications.
Ideal for a diverse range of media including strong caustics, moderate acids, chlorine, gases, water, steam, hydrocarbons, and cryogenic fluids. It is particularly well-suited for handling high concentration caustics in industries such as pulp and paper.
