GYLON® Fawn Style 3500

GYLON® Fawn Style 3500 is a premium PTFE gasket material enhanced with silica filler, designed to outperform standard PTFE. This material effectively reduces product loss and emissions while addressing cold flow issues common with expanded PTFE. It also delivers excellent bolt torque retention and chemical resistance across a broad spectrum of substances. Fully compliant with FDA standards, GYLON® Fawn Style 3500 can be precision-cut to your specifications.

Applications

Ideal for handling diverse media such as strong acids (excluding hydrofluoric acid), solvents, hydrocarbons, water, steam, chlorine, and cryogenic fluids. Widely utilised in chemical processing, petrochemical, and pulp and paper sectors.
