Taylor Ring Gaskets

Taylor Ring Gaskets

Taylor ring gaskets are precision-formed from thin metal sheets into embossed concentric rings. These gaskets can be combined with jointing compounds or cord inserted into the corrugations to enhance sealing performance. The corrugated design offers mechanical support to the filler material, creating a line-contact seal. The gasket’s flexibility is influenced by the metal type, thickness, and the corrugation’s pitch and depth.

Manufactured to withstand elevated temperatures and pressures, Taylor corrugated gaskets are suitable for both narrow and full-face flange applications. We provide standard and bespoke gasket designs, with adjustable corrugation profiles tailored to your specific sealing requirements.
