Topog Gaskets

Topog-E® gaskets are precision elliptical rubber seals crafted to replace asbestos boiler door joints, effectively preventing corrosion and build-up around boiler doors. These gaskets are proven to extend the operational life of steam boilers, water tanks, and air tanks while minimising downtime. Custom moulded to match the opening shape, they conform tightly to both surfaces, ensuring a reliable seal. Topog-E® gaskets are straightforward to remove, leaving surfaces clean and ready for quick reinstallation. Please note, these gaskets are unsuitable for use with grease or solvents.

Applications

Topog-E® gaskets are ideal for sealing hand holes and manholes on pressure vessels, boilers, compressed air tanks, and water tanks.

Key Features

  • Temperature resistance up to +193°C.
  • Maximum pressure rating up to 180psi (12.5 Bar), with higher pressure options available on request.
  • Outstanding resistance to steam as well as hot and cold water.
  • Good chemical resistance including alcohols, ketones, phosphate esters, dilute acids, salts, and animal and vegetable fats.
