Henry Gallacher stocks a wide range of coated industrial fabrics and manufactures sleeves, connectors, bellows, covers, curtains and jackets. Below are some of our most popular products.
Popular Stitched Components
Fabric connectors and sleeves are important for product and air transfer, as well as shaft protection. Henry Gallacher specialises in manufacturing fabric connectors and sleeves with welded or stitched seams, reinforced with wire or PVC helix for durability. We also offer cuffed ends to improve flexibility and strength, tailored to your needs.
These versatile components are essential for industries that require flexible connections between equipment, ducting systems, or processing machinery. Our reinforcement options help connectors maintain their shape under pressure or vacuum, while cuffed ends allow secure attachment to pipework or machinery.
Our manufacturing process allows complete customisation of diameter, length, material, and reinforcement type. Whether you need a simple fabric sleeve for shaft protection or a complex multi-layered connector with specific pressure ratings, our team can manufacture to your exact specifications.

Bellows come in various styles tailored to your precise requirements. Our most commonly requested types are crafted from a selection of industrial fabrics readily available in our inventory. These expansion joints are designed to absorb movement, vibration, and thermal expansion in pipework and ducting systems.
Henry Gallacher manufactures three main types of bellows. Sewn bellows feature stitched pleats for excellent flexibility and can be made from various materials and in various dimensions. Concertina bellows use a folded construction for superior compression and extension, making them ideal for applications that require significant movement absorption. We also supply rubber and polyurethane moulded bellows, each with advantages such as airtight seals and resistance to specific chemicals or temperatures.
All bellows can be customised with reinforcement rings, end flanges, or specific fastening systems to integrate into your existing infrastructure.

PVC covers are ideal for protecting machines and electronic equipment during washdown procedures. They are manufactured from high-quality, durable PVC-coated polyester fabric and offer reliable protection in demanding environments. We can customise covers with additional features such as Velcro, elastic, and eyelets to suit your specific needs.
For enhanced functionality, we can also manufacture PVC covers with fully welded clear windows, allowing you to operate your equipment while it remains covered and protected. This feature is particularly valuable in food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, where equipment visibility during washdown is essential.
At Henry Gallacher, we specialise in creating custom covers tailored to your exact specifications, whether from detailed drawings or physical samples. If these are unavailable, we can arrange a site visit to obtain the necessary measurements and information. We also provide covers made from a range of materials and industrial fabrics, including food-grade thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), for applications requiring the highest level of hygiene and compliance.

Pipe and valve insulation jackets from Henry Gallacher are expertly crafted to enhance thermal efficiency across pipework and valves. These jackets shield personnel from heat exposure by lowering surface temperatures and insulating against cold, preventing condensation and heat loss in refrigeration applications.
Our standard pipe and valve insulation jackets feature a durable grey silicone-coated glass cloth exterior with a Ductwrap insulation core, suitable for temperatures up to 250°C. For applications demanding higher temperature resistance, we offer jackets made with graphite-coated glass cloth and a 25mm ceramic fibre filler, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600°C. Custom fabric and filling options are available to meet specific industry requirements and operational needs.
We offer standard designs to fit common pipe sizes, flanges, and valve types, eliminating the need for custom measurements in many cases. Fastening options like hooks, drawstrings, and Velcro allow quick installation and removal, making maintenance easy without permanent fixtures. The removable and reusable jackets are a cost-effective alternative to traditional fixed insulation systems.
