Timing Screws and Scrolls

Timing screws and scrolls are precision-engineered to ensure seamless container movement throughout your production line. Typically crafted from polyethylene PE1000 - UHMW or nylon, these components can be customised with colour coding to suit your needs. To receive an accurate quotation, please supply drawings or samples, including the containers previously handled and any new container types intended for use. Availability

All timing screws and scrolls are made to order. We provide quotations based on CAD files, drawings, or sketches for single acceleration designs. We also accept existing samples, including the containers they were handled in, along with any new containers you plan to process. For designs involving multiple accelerations, a model is required; we can provide a quotation to produce one upon enquiry. Keyways can be incorporated upon request.
