Wear strips are designed to support and guide roller chains, conveyor belts, and moving products. By keeping movement stable and reducing vibration, they help lower strain on bearings and motors - improving efficiency and extending equipment life.
They are most commonly manufactured from UHMW plastic due to its outstanding wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. However, we can also supply wear strips in alternative materials to suit specific operating conditions or application requirements.
Our range includes standard extruded profiles and precision-machined profiles. We can supply custom profiles tailored to your requirements. Wear bends are also available and are commonly used to guide conveyor belts smoothly around corners.
Ideal for roller chains, conveyor guides, product guides, and steel chain applications.
