Conveyor wear bends are common within food sectors, for supporting and directing 'tab and bevel side flexing chains' around corners. Designed to minimise chain displacement and friction, they ensure smooth lateral product transfer.
Henry Gallacher supplies conveyor wear bends using Polyethylene PE1000 - UHMW, known for its excellent wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. We provide both single and multi-channel bends, with options for straight sections as needed. Custom profiles can be bespoke manufactured to meet your requirements.
