Tufnol® 10G40

Tufnol® 10G40 is a robust epoxy glass laminate designed for applications demanding superior strength, rigidity, dimensional accuracy and excellent electrical insulation.

Typical Uses

This material is commonly employed as insulation in large turbine generators, components within cryogenic superconducting magnets, high-strength bolt insulation in structural assemblies, electro-chemical machining jigs, and as structural insulation in advanced electronic devices. It is not recommended for applications involving wear or bearing surfaces.
