Tufnol® 6F45

Tufnol® 6F45 is a cotton fabric epoxy laminate renowned for its exceptional electrical properties, achieved through a specially formulated epoxy resin.

Applications

This adaptable material is ideal for applications requiring a precision-machined finish combined with reliable electrical and mechanical performance. Typical uses include compressor rotor blades, helicopter slip ring assemblies, aircraft windshield components, high vacuum parts, slot wedges, labyrinth seals, insulating gears in scientific instruments, electrical mounting plates, and terminal blocks.
